Process

    How It Works

From your first assessment to an ongoing Capacity Team—here is the full client lifecycle with AIAJ Solutions.

    The Client Lifecycle

    01

    Assessment

You complete a structured assessment that identifies your top capacity pressure areas, AI readiness stage, and recommended support modules. You receive a Preliminary Capacity Profile.

    02

    Review & Recommendation

AIAJ Solutions reviews your assessment and creates a customized Capacity Blueprint™ with recommended priorities, modules, and a 90-day activation plan.

    03

    Capacity Partnership Agreement

We walk through your Blueprint together, answer questions, and confirm the right scope, team composition, and start date.

    04

    Onboarding

Your organization becomes a Capacity Partner. A dedicated Capacity Team is assigned, onboarded to your systems, and begins supporting your selected modules.

    05

    Delivery Launch

Your team submits work requests through the Capacity Partner Portal. Requests are reviewed, assigned, and completed by your Capacity Team.

    06

    Monitoring

Every month, you receive a Capacity Report showing completed work, estimated hours returned, assets created, and progress on your priorities.

    07

    Reporting

Every month, you receive a Capacity Report showing completed work, estimated hours returned, assets created, and progress on your priorities.

    08

    Growth Planning

Each quarter, we review your Return on Capacity, assess what is working, and plan the next phase of capacity building.

    Your Capacity Team

Your Capacity Team is assigned based on your organization's selected Capacity Modules, current needs, and engagement scope.

Provides strategic oversight, high-level recommendations, Blueprint review, quarterly planning, and Return on Capacity review.
