Alaric leads AIAJ Solutions as the Capacity Executive, overseeing Capacity Blueprints, client strategy, and AI readiness guidance. He holds prompt engineering credentials from Vanderbilt University and brings a background in applied AI ethics and practical workforce systems. His focus is on helping organizations build capacity that is both real and sustainable.
Melody Ridondo
Operations Lead
Melody serves as AIAJ Solutions' Operations Lead, managing day-to-day coordination, client communication, and delivery oversight. Her attention to detail and organizational ability are what keep every client engagement moving smoothly—from first contact through active capacity support.
